The Business Clarity Toolkit was created as a self-initiated digital product designed to solve a recurring problem I observed in early-stage founders: investing in branding, websites, and development before validating demand.
The objective was to design a structured thinking system that helps founders clarify their intention, validate real problems, build measurable hypotheses, and design lean MVPs before committing capital.
Rather than creating a traditional course or static workbook, I developed an AI-assisted framework built in Notion. Each step integrates guided reflection and structured prompts compatible with any AI model, allowing users to stress-test their assumptions and make data-driven decisions.
This project combined product strategy, UX thinking, validation frameworks, and AI integration into a lean, launch-ready digital product priced for rapid market validation.

By integrating AI strategically, the system transforms static reflection into dynamic stress-testing, allowing founders to uncover blind spots, weak assumptions, and strategic risks early.
